Regional Operating Manager - Mid-Atlantic
Dale House is a 30 year veteran of the Brokerage and Property Management business. He began his career with Pardoe Real Estate in Washington DC in 1992 and became the Washington Rookie of the Year for Sales in 1993. When NRT purchased Pardoe in 1998, Dale was a top producer and also worked Coldwell Banker Property Management Operations in the Washington Metro area. Dale became Senior Manager and Washington Regional Operations manager of the Washington Metro in 2006 and in 2010 became the Regional Director of Property Management for the Washington and Baltimore Regions for Coldwell Banker Property Management. In 2015, Coldwell Banker Property Management became HomeRiver Group® Baltimore. Dale continued in the role of Regional Operations Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region that covers Washington D.C., Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
Property Manager - Annapolis Office
Mary has been with Coldwell Banker for Property Management for over a decade and now HomeRiver Group Baltimore. Mary enjoys the day to day duties of managing properties and working with clients and tenants. What HomeRiver Group Baltimore has brought to the table is up to date “Access Information” for clients and tenant’s portals. These portals provide instant communication for all parties.
Property Manager - White Marsh Office
Robert joined HomeRiver Group Baltimore in April 2019 after owning a property management company for fifteen years. Roberts clients’ interests are served through his 16 years as an Associate Broker along with his property management experience. Robert is also a veteran who was born and raised in Maryland.
Property Manager - Columbia Office
Lore has been a licensed Real Estate agent for over 30 years. Lore, previously employed with Long & Foster, joined the OPF franchise in 1991 as a real estate agent. OPF later became Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. During that time, Lore also managed an additional management company. In 2013, Lore joined Coldwell Banker Property Management and even brought her accumulated client portfolio. Lore, a retired military veteran, believes she possesses a unique perspective on the housing issues experienced by both military and government employees as they are frequently renting their homes because of an assignment change.
